Following the great success of “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World”, Berlin’s GRIPS Theater presents "BÜLOWSTRASSE", a new, gripping musical theater production that transports the audience into the vibrant life of Berlin. It is based on songs from the album of the same name by the successful singer-songwriter LEA. The play focuses on Mila, a young woman who enjoys the capital’s nightlife to the fullest extent with her best friends Yasmin and Timur. But behind the glittering facades of the city, Mila struggles with inner emptiness and the challenges of growing up. Yasmin and Timur also have their own worries and secrets. Mila feels torn between the pressures of her everyday life and conflicts with her parents. When a dramatic event happens, she is forced to pause and find her own way. LEA’s modern pop songs accompany this poetic tale of life, love, and letting go.
