In the 23/24 season, the signs point to frenzy or intoxication! For a whole year, Theater an der Ruhr is devoting itself to all the mysterious states beyond our everyday normal consciousness in which the limits of our self tend to dissolve.
Which books accompany this examination? And why are they important? What else can perhaps be discovered in them? In the reading foyer, we would like to discuss these texts with you over a cup of coffee or tea and explore the literary side of the Theater an der Ruhr together. No previous knowledge is necessary - the reading foyer is open to everyone who is curious about different perspectives and thoughts and who would like to discuss them with us. Staff members from dramaturgy and actors cordially invite you to join us.
