Welcome to Happy Town. A town like in a picture book. Beautiful and colorful. Green everywhere. A dream. As the name suggests, everyone is happy in Happy Town. Only happy residents live here. They shine like the sun over the city. People simply treat themselves to everything. Indulgence is written in capital letters. But what happens when the town's happiness is put to the test?
