Inspired by the free spirit of painter Sandro Botticelli and the rebellious unpredictability of rock’n’roll, the band Botticelli Baby has found its unique dirty sound, skillfully moving between jazz, punk, blues, folk, funk, Balkan, and pop. The seven musicians love experimentation and creative friction, creating a unique alliance of their individual strengths. The band takes jazz and strips it of its reputed intellectualism, adds a dose of punk and rock’n’roll, and creates their unique cross-genre mix: JUNK.Botticelli Baby has released five albums and is at home on national and international stages.
