The creative team behind “Thauma,” Magda Puig and Andreu Martínez, describe their stage play as a “scenic poem.” But there are no actors on this stage reciting texts. Instead, the audience is presented with a visual world somewhere between a surrealist dream and a graphic novel, populated by mysterious objects and all kinds of bizarre characters. Small and large wonders test the audience’s imagination – sometimes absurdly funny, sometimes magically strange, and often defying all logic.
