Ruhrtriennale 2026 – thumbs up or thumbs down? Triennale Teens Talk is our forum for critical youngsters from the Ruhr region. In the third edition of the format the teens learn the skills of a “content creator” and become critics of our Ruhrtriennale programme. Together we will take a look behind the scenes, talk to the artists and exchange our experiences of what we have seen.

Are you a teenager keen to explore the Ruhrtriennale’s programme of musical theatre, dance and more? Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of major theatre productions and learn the ropes of journalistic reporting? At Triennale Teens Talk III, you can watch the Ruhrtriennale’s international programme for free and get to know young journalists from the area. As part of the Triennale Teens, you’ll discuss the plays and become a reporter for the festival. You don’t need any prior experience in theatre or journalism to take part.
