A terrible crime. A victim, a perpetrator, a detective. Without these three components there is no crime case. So it is also three choreographers who tell a story together in "True Crime".
What attracts us to the objectivity of dry reporting? What fascinates us about the truthfulness of "True Crime" as opposed to a fictional crime novel? Is truth itself not also a question of perspective and interpretation?
In this reimagined format, Hege Haagenrud, Andrey Kaydanovsky and Demis Volpi dedicate themselves to a different aspect, a different character or a new perspective, each with their own distinctive dance language, and thus challenge the classic way of looking at a narrative.
