The UnruhЯgebiet is a young art collective from the Ruhr area that was founded in 2020 as a result of the Unruhrfestival. Since then, we have been working independently on various artistic projects across cities. This year we present to you: "How is: Dependency?"
"Wie ist Abhängigkeit?" is a staged reading by UnruhЯgebiets that deals with various facets of addiction, but also dependency. Whether from coffee, relationships or a piece of chocolate, whether from landlords or clothes, we depend on so many things, systems and people. UnruhЯgebiet attempts to illuminate all this and more in a collage-like manner with a wide variety of viewpoints and artistic means.
Performances will take place on May 3 and 4 at 6:30 pm at the Junges Theater an der Ruhr (Ruhrorterstr. 108-110).
